Makenna is a second-year Business student at Mount Royal University, working towards becoming a real estate agent. In her current role as a courier, she’s gaining valuable industry insights, sharpening her understanding of logistics, and enhancing her client service skills. Her hands-on experience in customer-facing roles has shaped her approach to clear communication, trust-building, and delivering excellent service.

When she's not studying or working, Makenna enjoys hanging out with her two dogs and planning her next adventure. One of her favorite memories is volunteering in Tanzania, where she helped build bathrooms at a primary school and went on an unforgettable safari in the Serengeti.
